Super Admin Guide
This guide is for system administrators with super admin privileges. Super admins have system-wide access to manage all providers, shelters, households, users, and invitations.

Viewing Provider Context
When you click into a provider's dashboard from the Providers or Shelters page, you enter that provider's context. The header will show:
Provider name prominently displayed
"Viewing as Super Admin" badge (purple) indicating your elevated access
"Back to Super Admin" button to return to the super admin dashboard
This lets you see exactly what a provider admin would see, while reminding you of your super admin status.
Quick Reference
Grant super admin
Users → Find user → Toggle Super Admin switch
Disable a user
Users → Find user → Click Disable
Invite new organization
Invitations → + New Invitation → Fill form
View provider's data
Providers → Click "Open Dashboard"
View all households
Households → Browse or search
View system metrics
Dashboard → Review stat cards
Return from provider view
Click "Back to Super Admin" button
