Managing Providers
Viewing All Providers
Go to Providers to see all organizations in the system.
The page displays a grid of provider cards (3 columns on large screens, 2 on medium, 1 on small).
Search
Search by provider name or slug to filter the list.
Provider Cards
Each card shows:
Provider Name
Organization name (title)
Slug
URL identifier (e.g., "/provider-slug")
Shelter Count
Badge showing number of shelters
Open Dashboard
Button to access provider's dashboard
Note: Only providers with at least one shelter are shown.
Accessing Provider Dashboards
Click Open Dashboard on any provider card to access their dashboard. You'll have full access as if you were an admin for that organization:
View their shelters
See their inquiries
Access their registrations
Review their reports
Manage their households
Super Admin Context Indicator
When viewing a provider's dashboard, the header will show:
Provider name prominently displayed
"Viewing as Super Admin" badge (purple) to remind you of your elevated access
"Back to Super Admin" button to return to the super admin dashboard
This makes it clear which provider context you're viewing and provides a quick way to return.
Hidden Test Providers
Certain test providers are hidden from the super admin view to keep the interface clean. If you don't see a provider you expect, it may be in this hidden list. Contact the development team if you need access to hidden test providers.
