Viewing All Households
Go to Households to see all households across the system that have interacted with shelters.
The page displays a searchable, sortable table of all households.
Search
Use the search box to find households by:
Head of household name
Email address
Phone number
Household ID
Filters
Currently Sheltered
Checkbox to show only households currently assigned to a shelter
Column Visibility
Click the Columns button to show/hide table columns:

Contact Info
Location
Household Size
Members
Current Shelter
Inquiries
Registrations
Last Inquiry

Head of Household
Name, age, and ID of the primary contact
Contact Info

Shows shelter name and space if currently sheltered

Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
Current Shelter Status
Households currently assigned to a shelter show:
Green "Sheltered" badge
Shelter name
Space code (if assigned to a specific space)
Viewing Household Details
Click the eye icon on any row to view the full household profile, including:
Complete contact information
All household members with ages
Housing status and income information
Full inquiry history
Current shelter assignment details
Notes and circumstances
Exporting Data
Export Current View
Download CSV of currently displayed households (respects search/filter)
Export All
Download CSV of all households in the system
The CSV export includes:
Household ID
Head of Household name and age
Contact info (email, phone)
Location (county, ZIP)
Household size and members
Housing status and income
Inquiry count and last inquiry date
Circumstances

The table shows 20 households per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate:
