Viewing Users

Go to Users to see all system users.


User Statistics

Five stat cards at the top of the page:

Total Admins

All admin-level users

Super Admins

Users with super admin status

Org Admins

Organization-level administrators

Shelter Admins

Shelter-specific access only

Accounts that can't log in

Shows each assignment with:

  • Building icon (organization) or Home icon (shelter)

  • Organization or shelter name

  • Role badge


Granting Super Admin Status

  1. Find the user in the list

  2. Toggle the Super Admin switch (shield icon)

  3. Confirm the change

The shield icon shows:

  • Gray: Not a super admin

  • Purple: Super admin enabled

Safety: You cannot remove your own super admin status.


Disabling a User

  1. Find the user in the list

  2. Click Disable button

  3. Confirm the action

Disabled users:

  • Cannot log in

  • Existing sessions are terminated

  • Account data is preserved

  • Can be re-enabled later

Safety: You cannot disable your own account.


Re-enabling a User

  1. Find the disabled user

  2. Click Enable button

  3. Confirm

The user can now log in again.
