Recent Inquiries

Below the metrics, you'll see your 5 most recent inquiries showing:

  • Household name

  • Shelter name

  • Submission date

  • Status badge (Pending/Approved/Denied)


Quick Actions

Buttons for common tasks:

  • Add New Shelter - Create a new shelter location

  • Manage Admins - Invite staff members

  • View All Shelters - Go to shelter list

  • View Reports - Access analytics


Onboarding Checklist

New organizations see a checklist of setup tasks:

  1. Complete organization profile

  2. Add at least one shelter

  3. Configure bed spaces

  4. Set up communication templates

  5. Invite team members

This checklist disappears once all tasks are completed.
