Organization Settings

There are two settings pages: Settings (notification preferences) and Organization Profile (public information).

  • When sent: Automatically when new shelter applications are submitted

  • What's included: Applicant details, shelter info, priority score, household size, circumstances, contact information

  • Customization: Use Message Templates to customize notification content

Editing Your Profile

  1. Click the Edit button

  2. Make your changes

  3. Click Save to apply or Cancel to discard


Troubleshooting

"No spaces available" but I have empty beds

  • Check that spaces are marked as "Available"

  • Check that registrations exist for today (rollover may not have run)

  • Verify First Available Date hasn't passed

Inquiry not showing up

  • Check your filters (status, date range, shelter)

  • Verify you have access to that shelter

  • Inquiry may have been processed by another staff member

Rollover didn't happen

  • Rollover runs at the configured time (check shelter settings)

  • Contact administrator if manual rollover is needed

Can't send emails/SMS

  • Verify templates are configured

  • Review communication logs for error messages

  • Contact support if issues persist
