Organization Settings
There are two settings pages: Settings (notification preferences) and Organization Profile (public information).

This is optional. If not set, notifications go to your organization's contact email.

Troubleshooting
"No spaces available" but I have empty beds
Check that spaces are marked as "Available"
Check that registrations exist for today (rollover may not have run)
Verify First Available Date hasn't passed
Inquiry not showing up
Check your filters (status, date range, shelter)
Verify you have access to that shelter
Inquiry may have been processed by another staff member
Rollover didn't happen
Rollover runs at the configured time (check shelter settings)
Contact administrator if manual rollover is needed
Can't send emails/SMS
Verify templates are configured
Review communication logs for error messages
Contact support if issues persist
