Viewing Your Shelters
Go to Shelters in the sidebar to see all your shelter locations.
Each shelter card shows:
Name
Shelter name with edit button
Type
Emergency, Transitional, or Permanent
Status Badge
Color-coded capacity status
Address
Full address with map pin icon
Occupancy
Current beds / Total beds
Contact
Phone, email, website links
Description
Shelter description
Booking Methods
Badges showing enabled booking options
Amenities
Badges showing available amenities
Occupancy %
Visual percentage bar at bottom

Creating a New Shelter
Click + Add New Shelter
A dialog appears with sections:

Editing a Shelter
Click the Edit button on the shelter card
The same form appears with current values filled in
Make your changes
Click Save Changes

Click View Details on a shelter card to see the full shelter page with tabs:
Overview
Full shelter information (editable)
Spaces
All beds/rooms in this shelter
Registrations
Daily bed assignments
Audit History
Change log showing who changed what and when
Display Overrides
You can override what the public sees without changing actual data:
Override Capacity
Show different total than actual
Override Available
Show different availability
Hide Availability
Show "FULL" regardless of actual availability
Allow Applications When Overridden
Still accept applications even when showing full
This is useful for managing intake flow without blocking applications entirely.
