Invite and manage staff access to your organization.
Note: This page is only accessible to Organization owner users. Invited admins cannot access this page.
Inviting New Staff
Go to Admin Management in the sidebar
Click Invite Administrator
Fill in the form:
Administrator Email
Yes
Email address of the person to invite
Shelters to Manage
Yes
Checkboxes to select which shelters they can access
Click Send Invitation
The invited person receives an email with:
Instructions to sign in with Advocate
A unique access code to redeem
Expiration notice (invitations expire in 7 days)
Pending Invitations
View all invitations that haven't been redeemed yet.

Which shelters they'll have access to
Status
Badge showing invitation state
Expires
When the invitation will expire

Current Administrators
View all active administrators for your organization.
Administrator
Name of the admin
Their email address
Shelters
Which shelters they manage
Status
Always shows "Active" (green badge)
Actions
Revoke Access button
Revoking Access
Find the administrator in the Current Administrators table
Click Revoke Access
Confirm the action
They'll immediately lose access to your organization.

Organization Users (Owners)
Full access to all organization features
Can invite and manage other administrators
Can access Admin Management page
Invited Admins
Access limited to assigned shelters
Cannot invite other administrators
Cannot access Admin Management page
