Registrations track who is staying in which bed on which date.

Viewing Registrations
Go to Registrations to see daily bed assignments.

Creating a Registration
Click Add Registration
Select Shelter and Space
Search for and select Household
Set Registration Date (check-in date)
Optionally set Checkout Date
Add notes if needed
Click Create
Editing a Registration
Click on the registration row
Click Edit
Modify dates, notes, or household assignment
Save changes
Bulk Edit
To assign multiple spaces at once:
Click Bulk Edit
Select the space
Set check-in date range
Set checkout date
Assign household
Add notes
Apply
Checkout Today
To end a stay on the current date:
Find the registration
Click Checkout Today
Confirm
The space will become available in the next rollover.
Daily Rollover
The system automatically creates registrations for the next day. This runs at the configured time for each shelter (default 6:00 AM Eastern).
Rollover Rules
Household staying, no checkout date
Continues to next day
No household assigned
Space stays available
Checkout date is today or past
Space becomes available
Checkout date is future
Household continues
Rollover Logs
You can view rollover history to see:
When rollover ran
How many registrations were created
Which rules applied
Manual Rollover
If rollover didn't run automatically, contact an administrator to trigger it manually.
